ELLENSBURG, Wash. -- Two Canadians were injured Thursday in a rollover accident east of Ellensburg that happened when their camper trailer started swinging, authorities said.

Douglas and Dorothy Wiebe, both of Abbotsford, British Columbia, were eastbound on Interstate 90 about 18 miles east of Ellensburg when their swinging trailer caused the car to veer into the shoulder, according to a Washington State Patrol news release. The vehicles then rolled over.

Authorities said Dorothy Wiebe, 64, was taken to Kittitas Valley Community Hospital for neck, back and chest pain, but hospital officials could not confirm whether she was a patient there. Douglas Wiebe, 63, suffered minor scrapes and a sore neck and back but was not hospitalized.
